If necessary, the system can request disambiguation, then parse the query using a trained machine-learning classifier, resulting in at least one of an identified subject or an identified domain of the text query. The system can determine if the user is authorized to retrieve answers to the query and, if so, retrieve factual data associated with the query. The system can then retrieve a response template, and fill in the template with the retrieved facts. The system can then determine, by executing a machine comprehension model on the filled response template, a probable readability token, portion of text, of at least a portion of the filled response template and, upon identifying that the probable readability is above a threshold, reply to the text query with the at least a portion of the filled response template.

The current insurance profile is displayed in a graphical user interface on a display system. The benchmark score is displayed in association with the current insurance profile in the graphical user interface to aid a user in managing the employee insurance. Displaying the benchmark score in association with the insurance profile allows the user to more quickly and easily assess payment of the selected premium for the insurance profile in comparison to benchmark category.

Each test step is stored as a metadata object containing a unique identifier for the web page, a unique identifier for the web page element to which the test step corresponds, and a required interaction for the web page element. A test step is selected to perform on a web page element, and the metadata for the element is extracted according to its unique identifier in the test step. An interpreter algorithm processes the metadata to determine what the web page element is, how best to identify the web page element, and commands to perform the required interaction and chooses a selector for the web page element. The test step is then executed.

A document storage system receives the output of batch processed information from a number of company portals, websites, and online systems of organization. The event message comprises information about the storing of the individual documents and forms. The document storage system publishes the event message to a message pipeline.
