摘要： A device for exhaust gas heat utilization in internal combustion engines of motor vehicles includes an exhaust gas line which in sections includes a first exhaust gas flow duct and a second exhaust gas flow duct connected in parallel. A valve flap is movable between a closed position and an open position, which can selectively close or at least partly clear a flow cross-section of the first or second exhaust gas flow duct. At least one thermoelectric generator module is thermally coupled with the second exhaust gas flow duct and with a cooling circuit. The device also includes an expansion material actuator for temperature-dependent actuation of the valve flap.

A plurality of thermoelectric modules (14) are arranged on the flat portions (24) of the inner tube (16). At least one cooling element (18) is provided which comprises a flat side on which the thermoelectric modules (14) are arranged. The assembly unit made up of inner tube (16), thermoelectric modules (14) and cooling element (18) is surrounded by an elastic compensation element (20) which rests on the inner side of the outer housing (12) and is retained in the outer housing (12) by means of clamping.

摘要： A heating device, and a method of manufacturing the device, comprises an electrically conductive heating foam, a current conducting foam and two electrodes. The heating foam is divided by interruptions into sections, providing a predefined current path extending from a current lead-in point to a current lead-out point. The electrodes are electrically connected to the current lead-in and lead-out points, respectively, wherein the heating foam is provided on an outside at least in sections with the current conducting foam forming current conducting sections that electrically connect sections of the heating foam to one another. The current lead-in or lead-out point is provided as a connection section of the current conducting foam and extends in a circumferential direction along at least one current conducting section, but is electrically insulated therefrom. The two electrodes are spaced apart from one another in the circumferential direction by less than 180 degrees.

At least one elastic roll is used such that the embossing of the sheet metal part is maintained during round bending. The longitudinal edges of the cylindrical sheet metal part are then connected to form a tube. A method of manufacturing an exhaust-gas treatment unit is furthermore shown.

摘要： An exhaust system is manufactured in the following manner. Initially, a plurality of pipe sections are put into each other with a clearance fit, so that connecting points are formed, at which two pipe sections overlap each other. The pipe sections then are calibrated at the connecting points, so that a narrow gap is obtained. Subsequently, the connecting points are soldered. The exhaust system thus includes a plurality of pipe sections which are put into each other and soldered to each other. Outer pipe sections of the plurality of pipe sections are calibrated.
