摘要： Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and a computer system for modifying regional driving habits. A computer determines a first value associated with a regional driving habit for a region. The computer determines a second value associated with a target driving habit, wherein the second value is not substantially equivalent to the first value. The computer determines that a number of at least semi-autonomous vehicles in an area is above a threshold value. The computer transmits information instructing the number of at least semi-autonomous vehicles to operate based on the second value.

The method may include monitoring a disk usage of the hard disk drive and comparing the disk usage to an MTBF of the hard disk drive. The method may also include monitoring usage of at least one file of a plurality of files stored on the hard disk drive. The method may further include initiating the reactionary backup scheduling based on the comparing of the disk usage to the MTBF and the monitoring of the usage of the at least one file in the plurality of files.
