摘要： The disclosure defined by this invention describes a structure which allows free movement of a cable of an electric tool. The structure is installed at the end of the handle of the electric tool and generally includes a seat cover, a cable clamping tube, and a cable tail stop. The seat cover includes a connecting chamber connected to the cable clamping tube. The cable is passed through the cable tail stop which passes through the inner and outer spaces of the handle. Hence, the cable may turn relative to the electric tool at any bending angle and the relative position between the cable and the electric tool may be easily arranged. Furthermore, the cable will not be easily damaged.

摘要： An electric tool structure having a lighting device, in particular an electric tool having a lighting device insertably provided near a bit or head portion of the electric tool body, includes a light shade having projection windows, a torsion adjusting knob insertably provided with light bulbs, a torsion adjusting unit disposed inside the torsion adjusting knob, a switch ring, a metal gear housing, a gear set disposed inside the metal gear housing, and a power tool body. The power tool body has a front end connected to the metal gear housing. First and second electric conductive plates of different polarities extend from a power source in an interior of the power tool body. The first electric conductive plate is in contact with a wall of the metal gear housing in a lapping manner. The second electric conductive plate contacts the wall of the metal gear housing. A first electrically conductive plate is insertably disposed in the wall of the metal gear housing. The switch ring is sleeved onto the metal gear housing, and has an inner wall provided with an electric conductive elastic plate that projects therefrom to urge against the first electrically conductive plate. The torsion adjusting unit in the torsion adjusting knob engages retainingly the wall of the metal gear housing. The torsion adjusting unit is provided with a second electrically conductive plate that is capable of contacting the first electrically conductive plate in a lapping manner, and that is connected to light bulb holders in the torsion adjusting knob. The light shade covers a front end of the torsion adjusting knob opposite to the metal gear housing such that the projection windows are aligned with the light bulbs. By turning the switch ring, the conductive elastic plate presses against the first electrically conductive plate to contact the second-electrically conductive plate to make the electrical connection so that the light bulbs can radiate light to illuminate a working zone.

摘要： A heat dissipating structure for rectifiers of car alternators includes an upper cover, a rectifier assembly disposed under the upper cover, and a heat dissipating plate disposed below the rectifier assembly. The rectifier assembly is comprised of a plurality of rectifying elements and terminals, and a heat conductive assembly for receiving the rectifying elements. One side of the respective rectifying elements are connected to the terminals to constitute a rectifier circuit. The other side of the respective rectifying elements are connected to the heat conductive assembly, which is in turn connected to the heat dissipating plate. The heat conductive assembly is comprised of a heat conductive plate to which the rectifying elements may adhere, and a ceramic heat dissipating substrate disposed between the heat conductive plate and the heat dissipating plate. The ceramic heat dissipating substrate may efficiently dissipate heat and is compact in size, so that the overall size and weight of the heat dissipating structure may be reduced in size and weight.

A control method of the electric tool includes: driving the motor to rotate a rotating shaft in a direction of rotation through the control device; driving the motor in a plurality of first start-stop cycles through the control device when the control device determines that an increase in the torque sensed by the torque sensing module; driving the motor in a plurality of second start-stop cycles through the control device when the control device determines that the torque sensed by the torque sensing module has increased to a first predetermined torque and is less than a second predetermined torque. Therefore, in the process of tightening or loosening a workpiece, the discomfort felt by the hands of the user due to reaction forces during increasing the torque could be effectively reduced.

摘要： A motor assembly includes a motor in a housing. The motor includes a stator and a rotor mounted in the stator casing, and an output shaft engaged with the rotor passes through the stator casing. Two opposite ends of the stator casing and the stator abuts against an annular plate and a rear end cap, respectively. Each screw passes through the rear end cap and the stator to screw into the annular plate, so the stator is fixed and restricted from moving axially in the stator casing. A front end of the housing is engaged with a motor fixing frame. The output shaft passes through a bearing on the motor fixing frame. The motor fixing frame is spaced from the motor. With such design, a vibration of the output shaft during operation is transmitted to the housing, but not directly affect the screws in the motor, thereby increasing the durability of the motor assembly.
