    • A fuel rail vent system for evacuating air from a fuel rail includes a first fuel reservoir and a first fuel line extending between the first fuel reservoir and the fuel rail. A fuel pump is configured in fluid communication with the first fuel reservoir to pump liquid fuel from the first fuel reservoir to the fuel rail through the first fuel line. A second fuel line separate from the first fuel line extends between the first fuel reservoir and the fuel rail. A primer system is configured for fluid communication with the first fuel reservoir to pump liquid fuel from the first fuel reservoir to the fuel rail through the second fuel line. A second fuel reservoir separate from the first fuel reservoir is configured for fluid communication with the fuel rail downstream of the fuel rail to receive any excess liquid fuel and/or fuel vapor upstream therefrom.

    • To ameliorate interference between an indoor wireless pico cell system, for example in an aircraft, and public wireless communications systems operating in a surrounding or over-flown area, frequencies of operation of the indoor system are coordinated with those used by the public wireless systems in the surrounding area. The pico cell system operates one type of service on all or a portion of a band used for a different type of service by the public system. In the aircraft example, a pico cell system might support GSM narrowband service and CDMA broadband service. The airborne GSM operations use a portion, e.g. corresponding to a guard band, of CDMA service spectrum in the terrestrial network. The airborne CDMA service uses a band used for GSM service by the terrestrial network. The pico cell system dynamically changes its frequency band(s), as the aircraft flies over different areas.

    • A highly maneuverable water craft for recreational enthusiasts with two hydraulically controlled and driven reversible propellers directionally fixed to a toroidal peripheral hull section which encircles a thinner interior platform section. The toroidal exterior hull provides stability for the platform in water, allowing the water craft to quickly spin, translate, stop and start. The directionally fixed propellers are not impacted by translation or spin and provide rugged and simplified construction. Placement of two fixed reversible propellers on the peripheral hull section provides maximum turning torque and allows elimination of a rudder or directional actuators. Control is provided by a novel pilot actuator and four-way valves assembly. Bumper strips, propeller guards, handholds and deadman switches can be provided for safety in handling this extremely maneuverable water craft.
