摘要： The invention discloses a preparation method of a WC cemented carbide with adjustable alignment of plate-shape grains. According to the theoretical composition of the cemented carbide, the weighed W powder is composed of two raw W materials with significantly different particle sizes in a certain mass ratio. Also graphite powder and Co powder are weighed. W—C—Co powder is subjected to planetary ball milling with controlled process parameters; then, after plasma-assisted ball milling, W—C—Co composite powder composed of small-sized lamellar W sheets and large-sized lamellar W sheet is obtained; Finally dense cemented carbide containing plate-shape WC grains is obtained by press molding of the ball milled power and in-situ carbonization through sintering at a high temperature. The invention not only provides simple preparation process with low energy consumption, but also can regulate the degree of orientated alignment of the plate-shape WC in the sintered block. Besides, the mechanical properties of the WC—Co cemented carbide containing plate-shape WC grains are optimized, so that the cemented carbide has excellent overall mechanical properties.

摘要： The invention provides a frequency offset estimation method for an OFDM-IM system. The method includes: S1. performing preliminary frequency offset compensation on a received signal subjected to non-uniform frequency offset by using a two-step method of: (1) resampling and down conversion; and (2) unified compensation for residual frequency offset ε, wherein in the step (2), a sum of energy of null sub-carriers is used as a cost function, an initial estimation value of ε is obtained by one-dimensional search, and the preliminary compensation is performed; S2. estimating positions of non-activated sub-carriers in the OFDM-IM system by using the signal subjected to the preliminary compensation; and S3. assigning certain weights to the estimated sub-carriers, adding energy of the estimated sub-carriers into the cost function according to different weights, obtaining a final estimation value of ε by the one-dimensional search performed on ε, and performing secondary compensation.

摘要： The present invention discloses a far-field optical super-resolution microscopy method, and particularly relates to an optical super-resolution microscopy method for micro-structures on the surface of a sample. The present invention measures the vibration modes of different micro-samples via a laser interference vibrometer, and utilizes different eigen-vibration frequencies of the micro-structures on the surface of the sample to render, under the cooperation of a sub-nanometer two-dimensional displacement scanning translation stage, a high-resolution spatial position, an excitation frequency vibration spectrum and an image pattern, thus realizing super-resolution microscopy imaging. Since the present invention utilizes the different vibration frequencies of the micro-structures on the surface of the sample to perform marking, and adopts a laser to excite and detect the vibration of the micro-structures, the method has the characteristics of causing no mark, no damage and no contamination to the sample.

The preparation method of the present invention has the advantages that the process is simple, time saving and efficient. 摘要： The present invention discloses a method for preparing p-hydroxycinnamate by using an ionic liquid for catalytic lignin depolymerization comprising: 1) preparation of a halogen metal-based ionic liquid: preparing the halogen metal-based ionic liquid by reacting an alkylimidazole chloride with a metal chloride by heating the same to 30° C. to 80° C. with stirring; and 2) catalytic depolymerization of lignin: mixing the halogen metal-based ionic liquid and lignin with an alcohol, and after N2 replacement, heating the solution to 140° C. to 200° C. and reacting the solution for 4-8 h while stirring to prepare high value-added chemicals with p-hydroxycinnamate as a main product. The present invention has advantages of a simple process, mild conditions, environmental kindness, and high selectivity for a main product. The ionic liquid is simple in preparation, has a good atom economy, and is recyclable. Under optimal conditions, the yield of p-hydroxycinnamate can reach 40-80 mg/g.

摘要： A method is provided for producing intensified whole-cereal flour by means of pulsed electric fields in collaboration with ultrafine pulverization, which includes: (1) preparing bran, middling and flour by cleaning, modulating and milling cereal grains; (2) performing superfine pulverization on the bran and the middling and performing sieving; (3) preparing a suspension by using water and the sieved bran and middling, and stirring constantly; (4) adding polysaccharide colloids into the suspension, and adjusting the pH to 4.0; (5) performing high-voltage pulse treatment on the suspension to ensure stable flow of the suspension; (6) centrifuging the suspension to separate the supernatant, and drying the obtained precipitate and performing sieving to obtain the treated bran and middling; and (7) mixing the treated bran and middling with flour uniformly to obtain whole-cereal flour.

摘要： Disclosed is an automatic obstacle avoidance optimization method for a connecting line of graphical programming software. A breadth-first search method is adopted to search an optimal connecting line path, and a result is displayed in a front-end interface. In a generated connecting line, a user can drag the connecting line with a mouse to regulate a position of the connecting line. At the time, the mouse is viewed as an unavoidable point, that is, the connecting line starts from a starting point of the connecting line to the unavoidable point and then reaches an end point of the connecting line. By means of the method, high instantaneity requirements of the user can be met, and when the user drags the connecting line with the mouse, a new connecting line is generated in real time without a stuck phenomenon. In addition, the optimality of the connecting line can be guaranteed, when a scene of a front-end programming control is changed, the connecting line can generate a new connecting line path according to a new scene in real time, and the optimality is kept.
