    • A micro-device includes a movable part, a frame and a connecting part. The movable part has a main portion, a first capacitor electrode and a first driver electrode. The capacitor electrode and the driver electrode have electrode teeth extending from the main portion. The frame includes second capacitor and driver electrodes, where the second capacitor electrode has electrode teeth extending toward the first capacitor electrode, and the second driver electrode has electrode teeth extending toward the first driver electrode. The connecting part connects the movable part to the frame. The first and second capacitor electrodes have their electrode teeth overlapped in their initial position. The movable part is rotatable for varying the extent of the overlapping between the first and second driver electrodes.

The same spacing member (260) is positioned between the proximal face (223) of the partition (221) and the distal face (232) of the field sensor (230) and said field sensor (230) is provided with a threaded hole (233). The head (271) of the screw (270) is arranged inside the second chamber (220.b) and its shank (272) is arranged passing axially through said hole (224) and across said through-duct of said spacing member (260) with its end portion which mates with the threaded hole (233) of said field sensor (230).

    • Disclosed are apparatus and methodology for providing a precision laser adjustable (e.g., trimmable) thin film capacitor array. A plurality of individual capacitors are formed on a common substrate and connected together in parallel by way of fusible links. The individual capacitors are provided as laddered capacitance value capacitors such that a plurality of lower valued capacitors corresponding to the lower steps of the ladder, and lesser numbers of capacitors, including a single capacitor, for successive steps of the ladder, are provided. Precision capacitance values can be achieved by either of fusing or ablating selected of the fusible links so as to remove the selected subcomponents from the parallel connection. In-situ live-trimming of selected fusible links may be performed after placement of the capacitor array on a hosting printed circuit board.

    • One exemplary tunable capacitive device includes a first tunable capacitive element, a first coupling capacitive element, a first coupling resistive element, and a first specific capacitive element. The first tunable capacitive element has a first node coupled to a first input voltage, and a second node. The first coupling capacitive element has a first node coupled to the second node of the first tunable capacitive element, and a second node coupled to a first connection terminal of the tunable capacitive device. The first coupling resistive element has a first node coupled to the second node of the first tunable capacitive element, and a second node coupled to a second input voltage, where the first input voltage and the second input voltage include a control voltage and a reference voltage. The first specific capacitive element is coupled between the first node and the second node of the first tunable capacitive element.
