A first flow path is between the first inlet and the first outlet, a second flow path is between the second inlet and the first outlet, and a third flow path is between the first inlet and the second outlet. The current lead-in or lead-out point is provided as a connection section of the current conducting foam and extends in a circumferential direction along at least one current conducting section, but is electrically insulated therefrom.
