    • An on-vehicle display apparatus includes a controller configured to acquire a first display image to be displayed on a display of a navigation apparatus, extract a portion of the first display image based on a layout information relevant to a layout of the first display image, and generate a second display image by use of the extracted part of the image, and displays on a head-up display the second display image generated by the controller. The display apparatus displays on the head-up display a guide image generated by the controller. It is possible to display an image of the navigation apparatus on the head-up display, without a connection between the navigation apparatus and the display apparatus.

    • A radar device includes: a receiving circuit mixing a transmission signal with reception signals; a first detecting unit detecting information on the rotation angle of a vehicle equipped with the radar device, on the basis of an output signal of a yaw rate sensor; a second detecting unit detecting the internal temperature of the radar device on the basis of an output signal from a temperature sensor; a power supply circuit supplying electric power to the receiving circuit and the yaw rate sensor; and a control unit repeatedly setting power supply periods and power supply stop periods of the receiving circuit, in which, in a case where the internal temperature is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature, the control unit performs control such that the power supply stop periods of the receiving circuit become shorter than those in a case where the internal temperature exceeds the predetermined temperature.

    • A plurality of characters that are candidates for entry are displayed on a display surface of a display corresponding to an operation surface of a touch panel as character buttons. A touch detector judges whether a user touches the operation surface either with a single point or plural points, and detects a position touched by the user. An input receiver receives an entry of a character associated with a character button in the position touched by the user among the plurality of characters displayed on the display surface of the display. Then, the input receiver receives the entry of the character which varies in type depending on whether the user touches an area in the operation surface corresponding to an identical character button with a single point or plural points.
