摘要： A tablet cassette control method of a medication dispensing and packaging system having a microcomputer, a medication dispensing unit with a plurality of tablet cassettes each mounted on a cassette rack, and a medication packaging unit disposed below the dispensing unit to package tablets released from the dispensing unit into a series of tablet containing paper bags, the control method comprises confirming the mounting of the tablet cassette on the cassette rack, applying a power to a memory in the tablet cassette to activate the memory, retrieving tablet information saved in the memory to the microcomputer, and breaking the power from the memory while maintaining operation of the system.

摘要： An automatic tablet dispensing and packaging system comprises a tablet dropping unit and a tablet packaging unit. The tablet dropping unit has door cabinets serving as a front double door of the system and slider cabinets horizontally aligned in rear of the door cabinets. The slider cabinets are linearly slidable to move back and forth so that the forward sliding (toward the door cabinet) of the slider cabinets can be effected when the door cabinets are swung open. Tablet cassettes having tablets are detachably racked in each cabinet in columns and rows. Hoppers to guide down the tablets into the tablet packaging unit are provided such that angles formed by a vertical line and respective inner side surfaces of the hoppers are gradually decremented to efficiently decrease tablet impact on the inner side surfaces of the hoppers.

摘要： An automatic tablet dispensing and packaging system for processing a prescription input into tablet containing serial paper bags comprises a tablet dropping unit having a hopper guiding each tablet batch from the unit to drop therethrough, and shafts each having top and below-top peripheries and an axial line between the bottom and below-top peripheries. A top roller extends from the top periphery to have a top radius, an axial plate radially extends from the axial line to intermittently seal substantially folded paper sheet in a sidewise sealing format by mutual engagement rolling of the top rollers. Below-top rollers extend from the below-top periphery to have a below-top radius less than the top radius. Edge rollers provided below the below-top rollers to seal therebetween lengthwise sealing portions of the widthwisely sealed paper sheet.
