摘要： A touch panel, a touch device and a driving method thereof are disclosed. The touch panel includes first coils each formed by at least two electrically connected first electrodes, a first terminal of each first coil is electrically connected with one corresponding first signal line, a second terminal of the first coil is electrically connected with the common line, and when an electromagnetic touch is performed, the first coil is configured to receive an electromagnetic signal and generate an induced current, and when a capacitive touch is performed, the first coil functions as a capacitive touch driving electrode.

摘要： An touch panel detecting a touch position of an electromagnetic stylus is disclosed. The touch panel includes first and second coils, and drive and detection circuits. The first coils include a plurality of subgroups of first coils, which includes a first group of first coils and a second group of first coils. The first group of first coils includes at least one subgroup of first coils, and the second group of first coils includes at least one subgroup of first coils. In addition, subgroups of the first and second groups of first coils are alternately arranged. The first group of first coils receive a signal from the drive circuit and emit signals, the second group of first coils receive signals from the stylus and generate induction signals, and the detection circuit determines a value of a coordinate of the touch position of the stylus based on the induction signals.

摘要： A gate drive circuit, includes a driving transistor and a switching transistor. A gate electrode of the switching transistor is configured to receive first switching signal. A first electrode of the switching transistor is configured to receive second switching signal. A first electrode of driving transistor is configured to receive first control signal, and a second electrode of driving transistor is connected to output terminal. During display period, the first control signal is display scanning signal, the first switching signal switches the switching transistor off, the driving transistor is switched on and the driving transistor outputs the display scanning signal. During touch-control period, the first control signal is touch scanning signal, the first switching signal switches the switching transistor on, the second switching signal switches the driving transistor on, and the driving transistor outputs the touch scanning signal.

摘要： In general, embodiments of the present invention provide systems and methods for a touch display panel and a touch display device including a touch display panel. The touch display panel includes: a substrate, and a common electrode layer located on the substrate. The common electrode layer includes multiple touch electrodes insulated from each other. Each of the touch electrodes is electrically connected to a driving circuit via one touch lead. The touch electrodes and the touch leads are located in the same layer. A part of the touch electrodes are divided into multiple sub-electrodes by touch leads adjacent to the divided touch electrodes. The sub-electrodes of each of the touch electrodes are electrically connected to each other via at least one bridge which is located in a different layer from the touch electrode, to reduce parasitic capacitances between the touch leads and the touch electrodes and alleviate an influence from the parasitic capacitances on touch performance.

摘要： One inventive aspect is an array substrate. The array substrate includes a plurality of touch leads, a common electrode layer, and a drive circuit. The common electrode layer is divided into a plurality of self-capacitive electrodes, and the self-capacitive electrodes are electronically connected to the drive circuit through the touch leads. The array substrate also includes a plurality of pixel units. Each touch lead is electronically connected to the self-capacitive electrode corresponding to the touch lead via a first via hole. At least one touch lead is continuous and passes through a whole column of the self-capacitive electrodes. In a direction perpendicular to the array substrate, a projection of the self-capacitive electrode covers projections of a plurality of pixel units. In addition, along a direction of the touch leads, an interval between two adjacent first via holes is greater than or equal to a length of two pixel units.

摘要： The application discloses an embedded capacitive touch display panel and an embedded capacitive touch display device, including: a first transparent substrate, and a grid-shaped metal conductive layer, formed on the first transparent substrate, including a number of touch electrodes separate from each other with gaps being formed between them, wherein the embedded capacitive touch display panel further includes a color filter layer including at least red color resists, green color resists, and blue color resists, wherein the color resists in the same colors are arranged in respective color resist bars, and the color resist bars include green color resist bars; and the gaps include first gap sections which are parallel to the color resist bars, and which do not overlap with the green color resist bars. Since the green color resists contribute to display brightness far more than the color resists of the other colors, the first gap sections can be arranged so that they do not overlap with the green color resist bars to thereby alleviate the problem of a visible pattern of the touch electrodes so as to improve the display performance of the embedded capacitive touch display panel without degrading a touch effect.
