摘要： A moving amount estimating apparatus includes a position data obtaining unit, a first estimating unit, and a second estimating unit. The position data obtaining unit obtains a plurality of position data used to form a projection object image before and after movement of a mobile body. The first estimating unit calculates a moving amount of a parallel movement and/or a rotational movement of second position data as a moving amount of a mobile body when a plurality of moving position data is calculated. A second estimating unit compensates for a wheel moving amount based on a comparison between a second reference moving amount based on a rotating amount of a wheel during a predetermined period and a first reference moving amount obtained by calculating the moving amount of the mobile body in the first estimating unit during the predetermined period, and estimates the moving amount of the mobile body.

The stocker controller controls the purging device to supply the purge gas into the container, and to stop supplying the purge gas into the container based on an arrival of the ceiling transportation vehicle to the outer conveyor unit.

The vibration reducing device includes an attenuation inducing member and a pressing and fitting mechanism. The attenuation inducing member is brought into contact with the tool support body so as to generate a frictional force in a direction in which it acts as a resistance to the vibration generated in the tool support body. The attenuation inducing member has a rigidity in a direction conforming to a contact surface between the attenuation inducing member and the tool support body, which rigidity is higher than that of the tool support body. The pressing and fitting mechanism fits the attenuation inducing member to the tool support body in a pressed condition.

摘要： In an upper limb training apparatus, a movable frame is supported by a fixed frame placed on a floor surface such that the movable frame can tilt in all directions. An operation rod including an operation rod main body and an attachment fixed portion is attached to the movable frame and can extend and contract. The attachment fixed portion, to which an attachment is fixed, is attached to the tip of the operation rod main body and includes an elastic member that absorbs forces in any directions other than the axial direction relative to the operation rod main body. The axial displacement detecting section can thereby grasp just the axial force applied to the operation rod by detecting the displacement of attachment fixed portion in the axial direction.
