    • A posture detection method and system are provided. The posture detection method includes: obtaining skeleton data of a target person; analyzing the skeleton data to obtain actual posture information of the target person; and recording the actual posture information of the target person. The accuracy of determining the posture information by obtaining the skeleton data of a body is quite high. Besides, the actual posture information is recorded automatically, so that a doctor does not need to record the posture information manually. Therefore, scanning missing or wrong scanning direction caused by inconformity between the real posture of the patient and the recorded posture information may be avoided, which ensures the reliability of medical diagnosis.

    • A method and apparatus of image position compensation are provided. The method may include: measuring an actual height at Z position and a corresponding drop offset of a scanning table; adjusting, according to the drop offset of the scanning table, a vertical coordinate of an image center in the process of post-reconstruction, so as to obtain an adjusted image; and performing an interpolation process on coordinate information and pixel values of a row in the adjusted image, to obtain pixel values of a row in a target image. The target image is an image which has been processed by position compensation. According to the present disclosure, an image generated by a CT apparatus can be compensated to obtain a correct tomographic image and provide accurate image information for medical diagnosis.

The method includes: acquiring scanning data and extracting an image-construction parameter from the scanning data; generating thread configurations each comprising the numbers of threads in respective image reconstruction execution units, and obtaining image reconstruction speeds corresponding to the thread configurations by performing image reconstruction on the scanning data with the thread configurations; and obtaining image reconstruction speeds meeting a preset condition, grouping the thread configurations, which correspond to the image reconstruction speeds meeting the preset condition, into a candidate set, and extracting a thread configuration from the candidate set as an optimal thread configuration to be used in image reconstruction of the scanning data having the image-construction parameter.

    • Image reconstruction method and device for tilted helical scan are provided. The method includes: acquiring data generated by the tilted helical scan; calculating a ray channel parameter and a slice number corresponding to each pixel position based on a geometric relationship that a ray of the tilted helical scan emitting from a ray source to a detector intersects with a pixel; and performing image reconstruction by using a three-dimensional helical back-projection method based on the acquired data, and the ray channel parameter and the slice number corresponding to each pixel position. With the method and device, there is no need to correct the raw data, which ensures the accuracy of the data, and the artifact is avoided, which ensures the accuracy of the reconstructed image.

The method may include: calculating an overlapping position between two adjacent scannings; obtaining two images at the overlapping position of the two adjacent scannings, and calculating mutual information of the two images by using a three dimensional non-rigid registration method; and acquiring a corresponding transformational matrix when the mutual information reaches a threshold, and compensating one of the two scans which needs to be compensated by using the transformational matrix. Images at the overlapping position of two neighboring scannings can be used to find a motion law at an identical z position of the two adjacent scannings and to obtain a corresponding match factor. Thus inconsistence of images caused by a patient's movement can be compensated.
