摘要： A head-up display device projects display light of an image on a projection member to virtually display a virtual image of the image. An illumination light source unit emits an illumination light. An image display panel causes the illumination light from the illumination light source unit to pass therethrough to be emitted as a display light from a display surface to display the image. A projection lens is located between the illumination light source unit and the image display panel and projects the illumination light from the illumination light source unit onto the image display panel. The image display panel is tilted so that a normal direction to the display surface intersects with an optical axis of the illumination light source unit. The projection lens is tilted so that a radial direction of the projection lens coincides with a tangential direction to the display surface.

摘要： A projection lens is shifted in the direction of an arrow A1 by a shift mechanism to change the position of a projection image on a screen. A first optical system forms an image of an image display panel on an intermediate imaging plane. A second optical system projects the image, which is formed on the imaging plane, onto the screen. A warning indicator member includes a mask and a warning mark, and is disposed on the imaging plane of the first optical system. The warning mark is formed at a portion of the warning indicator member where an image frame of an intermediate image is hidden by the mask. In a case in which the projection lens is excessively shifted, the image of the warning mark is displayed on the screen. Accordingly, a user can reliably know that a part of an image is missed.

摘要： An optical apparatus captures imaging light entering into an imager to acquire an image of an object. The optical apparatus includes a lens module and a support. The lens module is configured by a combination of two or more lenses, captures the imaging light through the lenses, and focuses the captured imaging light on the imager. The support supports the lens module at a position apart from the imager by a predetermined distance, such that the imager and the lenses are aligned on the optical axis, and a focal point of the imaging light is formed on the imager. The support is formed such that an expansion-contraction ratio, at which the support expands or contracts along the optical axis in accord with changes in ambient temperature of the optical apparatus, becomes a first expansion-contraction ratio at which the support expands or contracts so as to cancel a movement of the focal point occurring in the lens module along the optical axis in accord with the changes in ambient temperature of the optical apparatus.
