摘要： A smart lens system may include a hardware processor coupled to a smart contact lens, which may include a microprocessor, an image capturing sensor, and a wireless communication interface. The smart lens system may determine reading factors associated with a user with respect to the user reading content item, based on data related to the user's physiological movements captured by the smart contact lens. The reading factors may include a user's cognitive state determined at least from analyzing data representing the user's physiological movements. Responsive to determining that the user's cognitive state is above a threshold value, the smart lens system may generate an assistive action associated with the content item and transmit a signal to at least one assistive device to perform the assistive action. The assistive device performs the assistive action responsive to receiving the signal.

摘要： One embodiment of the present invention sets forth a technique for generating a summary of a recording. The technique includes generating an index associated with the recording, wherein the index identifies a set of terms included in the recording and, for each term in the set of terms, a corresponding location of the term in the recording. The technique also includes determining categories of predefined terms to be identified in the index and identifying a first subset of the terms in the index that match a first portion of the predefined terms in the categories. The technique further includes outputting a summary of the recording comprising the locations of the first subset of terms in the recording and listings of the first subset of terms under one or more corresponding categories.

摘要： In the field of government engagement management, for users of an employee desktop web client, it is now possible, within the web client application, to search and read articles and/or knowledge content that has been authored to external locations. Due to this integration to external, third-party applications, content and/or articles can be displayed to an agent on the employee desktop web client graphical user interface. Agents can enter free text into a specific search field and review the results in summary form, and then select an article in HTML format to progress the current interaction with the client. An additional feature extending from this capability is to add an amount of coding to external knowledge content websites that are owned and/or operated by the owner of the system such that when the website is viewed through the third-party integration module, a button or icon appears within the website that when selected takes the agent to an appropriate form. This button or icon does not appear when the website is viewed outside of the system. This functionality adds value to the agent experience and enables the agent to provide an improved service to the end client. Results may be filtered by the search engine as well. Moreover, this system and method improves the operation of the computer in that the computer running such a system in the past was not able to integrate in such a fashion in a web client format. This system and method also enables an agent to handle calls with the web client more efficiently, and allows agents on the web client to automatically classify.
