摘要： A catheter includes a shaft having a first lumen inside thereof, an expansion/contraction portion that is disposed on a distal end portion of the shaft and is expandable and contractible in a radial direction, and an actuation portion that expands and contracts the expansion/contraction portion. The expansion/contraction portion has a fixed portion fixed to the shaft, a sliding portion capable of sliding in a longitudinal direction of the shaft on an outer peripheral face of the shaft, and a suspension portion extending in the longitudinal direction of the shaft that connects the fixed portion with the sliding portion. When the sliding portion is slid toward the fixed portion by the actuation portion, the suspension portion expands in a radial direction of the shaft.

摘要： A catheter includes a hollow shaft having a tip part decreasing in diameter in a direction of a distal end, and a coil body covering the hollow shaft. The tip part has a small diameter portion, a large diameter portion, and a tapered portion gradually increasing in diameter from the small diameter portion toward the large diameter portion. The coil body has a substantially cylindrical joint part at which an end portion of the coil body in the direction of the distal end is joined in the circumferential direction. The joint part is located over the tapered portion and/or the small diameter portion, and in a state in which the hollow shaft extends substantially linearly, the distance between an inner peripheral surface of the joint part and outer peripheral surfaces of the tapered portion and/or the small diameter portion increases in the direction of the distal end.

摘要： Occurrence of a failure in unlocking of a wheel is mitigated, the force required for locking the wheel is reduced, and time required for locking the wheel is reduced. A wheel lock system includes: a body; a shaft member supported by the body so as to be rotatable around a rotation axis and having a recess formed in at least a part of an outer peripheral surface around the rotation axis; a wheel fixed to the shaft member to rotate together with the shaft member; and a lock mechanism that switches between an unlocked state permitting rotation of the wheel and a locked state restricting rotation of the wheel. The lock mechanism includes a linear body having a protrusion, and the linear body is arranged in the outer peripheral surface formed with the recess of the shaft member, so as to be able to press the protrusion. The lock mechanism is configured to change from the unlocked state where the protrusion is not fitted into the recess to the locked state, when the protrusion fits into the recess along with the movement of the linear body in a direction orthogonal to the rotation axis of the shaft member.
