摘要： A current detection circuit includes a current sampling branch, a switch branch, a first current mirror branch, a capacitor branch, a feedback branch and a control branch. The control branch receives the second current and outputs the first current and the first voltage signal. The current sampling branch outputs a first discharging current. The switch branch establishes and disconnects the connection between the first current mirror branch and the capacitor branch. The capacitor branch is charged in response to the first charging current and discharged in response to the first discharging current. The first current mirror branch outputs the first charging current. The feedback branch adjusts the second charging current to adjust the first charging current, so that the total charge of the capacitor branch is balanced with the total charge of discharge within one switching cycle, so that the first current is represented by the first charging current.

摘要： A regulator includes an error amplification module, a first switch module, an adaptive conduction module, a second switch module and a feedback module. A first voltage difference between the second terminal and the third terminal of the first switch module is adjusted by the first switch module. The adaptive conduction module is used to adjust a second voltage difference between the second terminal and the third terminal of the second switch module. When the load current is less than a preset current threshold, the control voltage signal controls the first switch module to turn on, and the adaptive conduction module controls the second switch module to turn off. When the load current is greater than or equal to the preset current threshold, the control voltage signal controls the first switch module to turn on and controls the second switch module to be turned on through the adaptive conduction module.

By controlling N switches in a first compensation circuit and/or M switches in a second compensation circuit in the decoupling circuit to operate in a turn-on state or a turn-off state, compensation capacitors respectively connected in parallel to two terminals of a first inductor and a second inductor are controlled to be in an operating state or a non-operating state, such that a compensation capacitance connected in parallel in the decoupling circuit is dynamically adjusted. In this way, an equivalent mutual-inductance of the decoupling circuit may be dynamically adjusted according to a charging environment, which improves decoupling precision of the decoupling circuit and reducing power consumption caused by coupling.

The control unit is configured to output a first pulse width modulation signal to control on or off of a switch transistor in the rectifier module, and output a second pulse width modulation signal to control on or off of a switch transistor in the charge pump module, such that an operating frequency of the charge pump module is a positive integer multiple of the frequency of the alternating current signal. According to the above method, power conversion efficiency during wireless charging may be improved.
