摘要： A two-pole brush-commutated DC electric motor with a stator and a rotor with a hollow-cylindrical ironless winding having n coil segments and a commutator having n commutator segments. Each coil segment being electrically connected to two adjacent commutator segments. An axis of gravity intersects the rotor axis perpendicularly and passes through the center of gravity of a coil segment or a center line of the coil segment that passes through the center of gravity and the rotor axis spanning a coil plane that defines the angular position of the associated coil segment. Two brush contact surfaces of the commutator segments are electrically connected to this coil segment have a distance bisector intersecting the rotor axis perpendicularly. The distance bisector and the rotor axis span a commutator plane which defines the angular position of the associated commutator segments.

摘要： An electric direct current motor is disclosed which includes a shaft, a winding support, a collector having several collector wires, and an air-cored outer rotor winding with several winding terminations. The outer rotor winding is at one end connected to the shaft via the winding support in a torque-proof manner, and is electrically connected with the collector. The winding support can be replaced by a printed circuit board as a bearing component of glass-fiber reinforced thermosetting plastics, wherein the printed circuit board includes at least one layer and is connected to the shaft via a metal hub.

A second magnetically soft rotor core adjoins the first magnetically soft rotor core in the axial direction of the rotor. A non-magnetic separator element is arranged in the axial direction, where the permanent magnets extend over the first magnetically soft rotor core, the non-magnetic separator element and the second magnetically soft rotor core.

摘要： A rotor for a small electric engine. The rotor having a rotor axis, multiple permanent magnets that are arranged in a spoke-shaped way as well as several inference cores. Each of the permanent magnets has two axial ends, two longitudinal sides, a radial outer side as well as a radial inner side. The inference cores protrude radially over the permanent magnets in relation to the rotor axis. The rotor is enclosed at least partially by a casting mold having multiple struts that extend in an axial direction and that overlap radially with the permanent magnets. The inference cores do not overlap with the permanent magnets on their radial outer sides, wherein both the permanent magnets as well as the inference cores are held together primarily directly by the casting mold in a radial direction.
