摘要： The invention provides a circular knitting machine for prompting a knitting machine status instantaneously based on a cloth surface status of a fabric, comprising a needle cylinder, a camera module capable of photographing the fabric during doffing, an information processing unit, and an encoder. A camera lens of the camera module does not rotate with the needle cylinder, and a shooting timing of the camera lens is controlled by photographing signals. The information processing unit receives image data generated by the camera module, and compares the images, when there is a difference between the two consecutive image data on a same vertical line, a knitting machine status is prompted. The encoder generates pulse signals when the needle cylinder rotates, the encoder outputs the pulse signals to the camera module or the information processing unit, and the receiver counts the pulse signals to generate the photographing signals.

Each jacquard needle is driven by a cam to move a knitting needle. The needle selected sheet depresses the jacquard needle to escape from the cam. The jacquard needle includes a fulcrum, a neck, a force received section, a needle foot and a return structure. The fulcrum is connected with the knitting needle. The needle foot is located in a slide track of the cam. The return structure has a bend end at a distal end beneath the needle foot. The bend end butts an inner wall of the upper needle dial. The force received section transmits the depressing force to bend the return structure to generate a returning elasticity.

The floss blowing apparatus comprises an air blowing unit. The air blowing unit includes a first air blowing duct and a second air blowing duct. The first air blowing duct has one end extended above the yarn feeding plates and bent towards a lower half portion of an outer side of the yarn feeding plates to form a first air ejection nozzle. The second air blowing duct has one end extended close to a lower half portion of an inner side of the yarn feeding plates and above the knitting needles to form a second air ejection nozzle. 摘要： The present invention discloses a doffing apparatus of a high-speed high-stand fabric take-up device, which is applicable to a fabric take-up device having a higher fabric-storage volume. 摘要： A circular knitting machine structure comprises knitting needles and sinkers. Each knitting needle is controlled to move on a first half knitting track or a second half knitting track. A retracting time point of the first half knitting track is later than that of the second half knitting track. One side of the sinker facing the knitting needle is formed with an inclined plane. When the knitting needle is used for knitting, a surface yarn and a bottom yarn are fed therein. When the knitting needle moves on the first half knitting track, a standard plating is knitted without changing the position of the surface yarn.
