摘要： A hair dryer system includes a hands-free dryer having a base, an air flow generator that causes an air flow, and a heating element in contact with the air flow. The hands-free dryer includes a nozzle through which the air flow exits the hair dryer, and an actuator that is physically coupled to the base and to the nozzle, and that moves the nozzle in at least one degree of freedom relative to the base. The hands-free dryer includes an actuator driver circuit that drives the actuator according to a user-selected one of a plurality of stored alternative user-selectable oscillation modes. The hair dryer system also includes a user interface, optionally pertaining to a hair-styling tool, that is in communication with the actuator driver circuit. The communication identifies to the actuator driver circuit the user-selected one of the plurality of stored alternative user-selectable oscillation modes.

摘要： An air gun includes a gun barrel through which a bore passes from a breech end to a muzzle end, a piston, and a spring housed within a main housing. The spring biases the piston forward towards the gun barrel. An air compression chamber is defined by a cylindrical interior surface and a forward face of the piston. A cocking mechanism enables a user to forcibly retract the piston rearward from the gun barrel against the spring bias to a cocked position. The main housing includes a rearward cavity that accepts the rearward retraction of at least a portion of the piston, which portion may include a coating of paint. A first viewing port into the rearward cavity may have a translucent cover and visually indicates a state of rearward retraction of the piston.

摘要： In certain embodiments, three or more sensors may be installed on a core banking system to detect anomalous behavior. Each of the sensors may be configured to detect removal or corruption of any of the other sensors at a periodic interval and to repair or reinstall any of the other sensors that has been corrupted or removed so that the combination of the sensors makes the group of sensors unremovable. A sensor may be configured to detect anomalous behavior by applying an anomaly detection model developed using live data collected by the sensor. In certain embodiments, a new anomaly detection model may be developed and trained to recognize potentially anomalous events; tested; and used to generate a live score to indicate the likelihood that a detected event is an anomaly. A model may be used for scoring in as little as 6 hours after initial receipt of live data.

Such an initiator desiring to contact the subscriber uses the subscriber's email address to establish a communication session with a device associated with the subscriber's preferred point of contact. The subscriber's email address is input to an initiating device, preferably a telephone or facsimile machine, using an entry device capable of entering an email address. A requestor unit, receiving the email address, locates a repository of the subscriber's point of contact information, and requests that information. The repository sends the point of contact information the subscriber has designated as preferred, and the requestor unit uses that information to control a telephone switch to establish a communication session between the initiating device and the subscriber's preferred point of contact device.

摘要： In certain embodiments with large size prechambers and/or with prechambers that have large spark-gap electrode assemblies, a poor scavenge of the crevice volume may cause deterioration of the preignition margin, which then may limit the power rating of the engine, may cause the flow velocity field of the fuel-air mixture to be excessively uneven and may result in the deterioration of the misfire limit. One or more auxiliary scavenging ports may allow admission of fuel rich mixture to the crevice volume, thereby cooling the residual gases and preventing occurrence of preignition. More organized and powerful flow velocity fields may be obtained in the spark-gap electrode assembly region. This condition may result in a significant extension of the flammability limit and may significantly improve the combustion efficiency of the prechamber. Passive prechambers using the active scavenge concept may increase the engine power output and reduce the emission of pollutants from engine combustion.
