摘要： Various embodiments are directed to a method for docking a robotic platform. The method may include receiving a robotic platform onto a ramp of a docking station. The docking station may include the ramp, a roller assembly, a base pad, and a roller backstop assembly. The ramp may have a first side and a second side opposing the first side. The method may further include guiding, by the roller assembly, the robotic platform as the robotic platform is being driven onto ramp such that the robotic platform continues powered travel over the ramp when the robotic platform approaches the ramp within an angle range of 0 and 15 degrees with respect to either of the first and second sides of the ramp. The method may further include receiving, by the roller backstop assembly, the robotic platform from the roller assembly and then docking the robotic platform.

A crane may also be installed uptower to assist in the maintenance.

A method of operating the phototransistor device as an artificial photonic synapse includes applying a first fixed voltage to a gate of the phototransistor and a second fixed voltage across the graphene source-drain channel. A presynaptic signal is applied as stimuli across the graphene source-drain channel. The presynaptic signal includes one or more pulses of light or electrical voltage. A current across the graphene source-drain channel is measured to represent a postsynaptic signal.

摘要： A semiconductor structure and a method for managing semiconductor wafer stress are disclosed. The first stress layer exerts a first stress on the semiconductor wafer and the second layer exerts a second stress on the semiconductor wafer that is opposite the first backside stress. The method includes forming a first stress layer on and in contact with a backside of a semiconductor wafer, and further forming a second stress layer on and in contact with the first stress layer. The first stress layer exerts a first stress on the semiconductor wafer and the second stress layer exerts a second stress on the semiconductor wafer that is opposite to the first stress.

摘要： A coupler has a pole coupling portion and a lamp coupling portion, enabling a lamp to be coupled to a pole. 摘要： A semiconductor structure and a method for fabricating the same. The semiconductor structure includes at least a first channel region and a second channel region. The first channel region and the second channel region each include metal gate structures surrounding a different nanosheet channel layer. The method includes forming a gap fill layer between and in contact with gate structures surrounding nanosheet channel layers in multiple channel regions. 摘要： A system and process for extracting information from filled form images is described. In one example, the claimed invention first extracts textual information and the hierarchy in a blank form. This information is then used to extract and understand the content of filled forms. In this way, the system does not have to analyze from the beginning each filled form. The system is designed so that it remains as generic as possible. The number of hard-coded rules in the whole pipeline was minimized to offer an adaptive solution able to address the largest number of forms, with various structures and typography. The system is also created to be integrated as a built-in function in a larger pipeline. The form understanding pipeline could be the starting point of any advanced Natural Language Processing application.

The display device includes an electrical lock status indicator and an electrical control unit which activates the lock status indicator in an extended locked position of the locking element and deactivates it in a retracted release position and an extended position of the locking element different from the locked position.
