摘要： A light ranging system can include a laser device and an imaging device having photosensors. The laser device illuminates a scene with laser pulse radiation that reflects off of objects in the scene. The reflections can vary greatly depending on the reflecting surface shape and reflectivity. The signal measured by photosensors can be filtered with a number of matched filter designed according to profiles of different reflected signals. A best matched filter can be identified, and hence information about the reflecting surface and accurate ranging information can be obtained. The laser pulse radiation can be emitted in coded pulses by allowing weights to different detection intervals. Other enhancements include staggering laser pulses and changing an operational status of photodetectors of a pixel sensor, as well as efficient signal processing using a sensor chip that includes processing circuits and photosensors.

摘要： Described are headrests with integrated entertainment systems. The headrest includes a shell that is coupled to a seat through a headrest mount that has at least one degree of freedom of movement. The headrest shell also supports a visor with at least one side arm and a display span that may rotate between stowed and deployed positions. A neutral position mechanism supports the headrest in a neutral position and provides resistance to movement between the headrest and the passenger seat. The attachment of the visor to the headrest shell may also include an adjustment slot to allow fore and aft translation of the visor with respect to the headrest shell. The fore and aft translation of the visor allows for positioning the visor at different focal lengths, and provides extra clearance for the visor as it moves between stowed and deployed positions.

Relay policies can specify any behavior associated with messages, including: message caching, distribution, and processing as well as migration of relay policies when nodes join or leave the network. Intermediate nodes can perform any arbitrary processing of messages based on relay policies. Intermediate nodes can offload processing to other nodes, either by forwarding messages to a different message ID or by enlisting the help of nodes subscribed to the message ID. Messages can include one or more subfields specifying commands and/or data to be evaluated by the intermediate node.
