    • A method of manufacturing a cover structure is provided. A first insulating layer is provided. The first insulating layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other. A second insulating layer is provided. The second insulating layer has a third surface and a fourth surface opposite to each other and an opening passing through the third surface and the fourth surface. A thickness of the second insulating layer is greater than a thickness of the first insulating layer. The first insulating layer and the second insulating layer are laminated to each other, so that the third surface of the second insulating layer connects to the second surface of the first insulating layer. A cavity is defined by the opening of the second insulating layer and the first insulating layer. A metal layer is formed on the cavity.

    • An auxiliary support rack for portable electronic devices attached to the front side of the torso of a human body includes an openable dock, a clamp swivel assembly and a lanyard. The openable dock includes a first plate which has an installation portion and a second plate. The clamp swivel assembly includes a rotary tray coupled with the installation portion and swivelable against the first plate, a gear set installed on the rotary tray, two clamp members engaged with the gear set to be moved to clamp the a portable electronic device and a latch release member engaged with the gear set. The lanyard includes two anchor ends fastened to the openable dock and a neck dangling section located between the two anchor ends to be hung on a human neck.

    • The invention provides a PLL device comprising a PFD unit, a charging pump circuit, a loop filter, an oscillator, a feedback divider and a current compensation circuit. The PFD unit measures a phase and a frequency difference between a reference clock signal and a feedback clock signal of the PLL device to output a difference signal UP and a difference signal DN. The charging pump circuit receives and transfers the difference signals UP and DN into a current. The loop filter receives and transfers the current into a voltage. The oscillator receives the voltage and outputs an output signal. The feedback divider having a parameter N receives the output signal to generate the feedback clock signal according to the parameter N, wherein a frequency of the feedback clock signal is N times a frequency of the output signal. When the reference clock signal leads the feedback clock signal, the current compensation circuit outputs a compensation current to the loop filter.
