摘要： A jacking pole apparatus is disclosed. A jacking pole may include two tubular members, slidably engaged with one another in such a manner that they may extend or expand. A jacking pole may engage two surfaces or objects and extend therebetween in order to provide support. Further, a jacking pole may vertically displace an object or surface. A jacking pole utilizes locking mechanisms to remain in certain positions and provide continuous support for surface and objects. The locking mechanisms may also be utilized during vertical displacement in order to facilitate such motion.

摘要： A method is disclosed of coupling and integrating natural gas recovery and separation along with chemical conversion. The method can comprise extracting at least one natural gas component. Non-limiting examples of the extracted component include ethane, propane, butanes, and pentanes. The method can also comprise contacting a natural gas stream with a catalyst under conditions that selectively convert at least one component into at least one product, such as ethylene, acetic acid, polyethylene, vinyl acetate, ethylene vinyl acetate, ethylene oxide, ethylene glycol, and their derivatives, propylene, polypropylene, propylene oxide, propylene glycol, acrylates, acrolein, acrylic acid, butenes, butadiene, methacrolein, methacrylic acid, methacrylates, and their derivatives, which can then be separated from the remaining components. The method can further comprise integrating production of ethylene, acetic acid, and/or vinyl acetate with polymerization of ethylene-based polymers, such as polyethylene, ethylene vinyl acetate, ethylene vinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate, or polyvinyl alcohol.

The data storage device includes a main storage and a non-volatile cache that mirrors a portion of data of the main storage. One or more criteria associated with the host read operations are determined. The criteria are indicative of future read requests of second logical block address associated with the first logical block address. Data of the at least the second logical block address is copied from the main storage to the non-volatile cache if the criteria meets a threshold.

摘要： One embodiment of the present invention sets forth a technique for performing a method for compressing page table entries (PTEs) prior to storing the PTEs in a translation look-aside buffer (TLB). A page table entry (PTE) request is received for a PTE that is not stored in the TLB. The PTE as well as a plurality of PTEs that are adjacent to the PTE are retrieved from a memory. The PTE and the plurality of PTEs are compressed and then stored in the TLB.

摘要： The Motorcycle Operator Endurance Seat—Off Road (MOESOF) is a layered mesh like structure of straps that when installed over an existing off road motorcycle style seat provides additional width to better support a seated rider. The straps are spaced apart and attached together only at the points the straps cross each other. The middle layer of straps is sewn into loops that capture and hold two structural foam seating components, one each on the left and right. These cylinders are suspended alongside the sides of an existing motorcycle seat, the top of the cylinders roughly parallel to the top of the existing seat. When a load is applied by a seated rider the straps firm up under tension caused by the foam wanting to deform under compression. When not under load the structure articulates in place, deflecting out of the way from horizontal rider contact, returning when contact ends.
