摘要： Disclosed is a composition for prophylaxis or treatment of hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, cardiovascular disease or obesity including a compound represented by General Formula I as an effective ingredient: S- (MS)p-(MS)q General Formula I wherein S represents sialic acid, and (MS)p and (MS)q independently represent a monosaccharide residue.The compound used as the effective ingredient induces body weight loss, decrease of organ fat, decrease of total cholesterol level, increase of HDL-cholesterol level, decrease of LDL-cholesterol level and decrease of leptin, and thereby provides prophylactic or therapeutic activity for hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, cardiovascular disease or obesity. Also, because it has no cytotoxicity or skin side effect, the provided composition may be safely used as a pharmaceutical composition, a neutraceutical composition or a food composition.

摘要： An air conditioner includes first and second compressors, an outdoor heat exchanger through which refrigerant discharged from the first and second compressors passes, an outdoor fan for forcedly directing air toward the outdoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve for expanding the refrigerant discharged from the outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor heat exchanger through which the refrigerant expanded in the expansion valve passes, a linear expansion valve for adjust a flow rate of the refrigerant, a load detecting unit for deterring an indoor load, and a control unit for controlling the operation of the first and second compressors in accordance with the detected indoor load. In a state where the second compressor is not driven, the control unit allows the second compressor to drive when a driving start conditioner of the second compressor is satisfied and a driving start retarding time has been elapsed. The control unit adjusts an opening of the linear expansion valve and an operation of the outdoor fan for the driving start retarding time.

In order to express recombinant thrombin-like enzyme, an expression vector is prepared by inserting cDNA encoding the enzyme, the transformed cell is prepared by introducing the expression vector into the cell, the transformed cell then is incubated and the recombinant thrombin-like enzyme is obtained from the cell. The recombinant thrombin-like enzyme may be usefully used as a hemostatic agent because the enzyme effectively decrease bleeding time and blood coagulation time and does not affect various blood coagulation factors. The recombinant thrombin-like enzyme is also useful for a hemostatic agent or antithrombotic agent comprising the recombinant thrombin-like enzyme as an active component

Also, because it has no cytotoxicity or skin side effect, the provided composition may be safely used as a pharmaceutical composition, a neutraceutical composition or a food composition. In addition, the composition may be used as a cleaner or a lubricant for contact lenses since it has nonbacterial antiinflammatory activity and ocular contact lubricating activity.

摘要： The present invention relates to a processing method of data stream using Border Monitoring Query, and more particularly a monitoring method and a system for data streams which are a large volume of data and continuously generated such as financial ticker, GPS data or a ubiquitous sensor network (USN).The objectives of the present invention are to process a large number of BMQs over data streams in high-performance and scalable manner. For this purpose, the invention presents BMQ-Index, a scalable and high performance data stream monitoring framework. The main idea of BMQ-Index is shared and incremental processing. For shared processing, BMQ-Index adopts a query indexing approach, thereby achieving a high level of scalability. Once BMQ-Index is built on registered queries, only relevant queries are quickly searched for upon an incoming data. For incremental processing, BMQ-Index employs an incremental access method, i.e., an index structure to store delta query information and an incremental search algorithm. Thus, successive BMQ evaluations are greatly accelerated.
