摘要： Provided is a crimp securing structure of a bolt in which a crimp bolt 10 having a crimping recess 13 on the upper surface of the head is crimped onto a metal sheet 30. The thickness of a metal material press-fitted into the crimping recess 13 of the crimp bolt is made smaller at the peripheral edge of the crimping recess 13 and is made larger in the center portion thereof. In order to obtain this crimp securing structure, a crimping die 20 in which a stress-relief recess 23 is formed in a center portion of a convex portion is used to prevent the occurrence of excessive local stress in the crimping recess 13.

摘要： There are provided a bolt caulking method and a bolt caulking device which ensure supply and caulking of a bolt as a single operation. The method is a bolt caulking method including supplying a bolt into a nose piece having a vertical hole, and lowering a punch from above to drive the bolt into a metal plate. The bolt is supplied through a pipe connected to a side of the nose piece, and dropped into a vertical hole formed in the nose piece along an inclined hole formed at a tip end of the pipe with a head part of the bolt being located on the topside. Thereafter, the punch which ejects air from a central hole is lowered within the vertical hole to drive the bolt into a metal plate while holding the bolt at a lower part of the vertical hole by the ejecting air flow.

摘要： Threaded parts such as bolts are rust-proofed by using a treatment liquid including a binder resin containing silica and at least one of a modified epoxy resin obtained by graft polymerization using a carboxylic acid-containing acrylic polymer as a side chain and a modified acrylic resin obtained by graft polymerization using a carboxylic acid-containing acrylic polymer as a side chain. By using this treatment liquid, coating treatment can be carried out at one time without need to use an organic solvent. There is an advantage that the friction coefficient does not increase even when tightening is repeated.

摘要： There are provided a bolt caulking method and a bolt caulking device which ensure supply and caulking of a bolt as a single operation. 摘要： A fastening tool according to the invention includes: a female screw member (10) having an inverse screw that is fixed to the first member (1); a collar bolt (11) that is screwed with the female screw member (10); a fastening bolt (27) that is inserted into a center hole (19) of the collar bolt (11) from the second member side (2) and rotates the collar bolt (11) through a torque transmitter (25), thereby moving the collar bolt to a position colliding with the second member (2); and a fastening nut (33) that is fixed to the first member (1). An earth claw (21) protruding toward the second member (2) is formed at an outer periphery of an end surface of the collar bolt (11) facing the second member. The earth claw (21) is configured to bite into the second member (2) in an axial direction due to axial force generated by screwing the fastening bolt (7) with the fastening nut (33), thereby breaking an insulating coating layer (3) and thus ensuring electrical conduction.
