摘要： A system comprising at least two three-dimensional (3D) cameras that are each configured to produce a digital image with a depth value for each pixel of the digital image; and a processor configured to: perform inter-camera calibration by: (i) estimating a pose of a subject, based, at least in part, on a skeleton representation of a subject captured each of by said at least two 3D cameras, wherein said skeleton representation identifies a plurality of skeletal joints of said subject, and (ii) enhancing the estimated pose based, at least in part, on a 3D point cloud of a scene containing the subject, as captured by each of said at least two 3D cameras, and perform data merging of digital images captured by said at least two 3D cameras, wherein the data merging is per each of said identifications.

The methods include the following steps: First, clustering pixels of a digital image into haze-lines, wherein each of the haze-lines is comprised of a sub-group of the pixels that are scattered non-locally over the digital image. Second, estimating, based on the haze-lines, a transmission map of the digital image, wherein the transmission map encodes scene depth information for each pixel of the digital image. Then, for a hazy image, calculating a dehazed digital image based on the transmission map.

摘要： Methods and compositions for treating acute suicidality by administration of buprenorphine are disclosed herein. An exemplary method is effected by administering to a subject determined as having acute suicidality a first therapeutically effective amount of buprenorphine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, whereby the administration is ceased once the subject is no longer determined as having acute suicidality. The first therapeutically effective amount is less than 0.2 mg per day. A higher therapeutically effective amount may optionally be administered if the subject is determined as not fully responsive to the first therapeutically effective amount. Unit dosage forms of buprenorphine, comprising less than 0.2 mg (e.g., 0.1 mg) buprenorphine are also disclosed.

摘要： Embodiments disclosed herein include methods for performing intensity-modulated radiation therapy on a subject using a plurality of pencil beams. The methods can include generating a treatment plan for intensity-modulated radiation therapy that satisfies dose constraints for each of a plurality of sub-volumes. The treatment plan can be generated using a superiorization technique that reduces total variation in dose space. Additional dose-volume constraints that permit a fraction of treatment doses to violate a prescription by up to a defined percentage of intensity can be used to assist in determining the treatment plan.
