摘要： A circular cutting unit for partially cutting one or more layers of a cable or wire along a cutting plane. The circular cutting unit include a knife head including a drive disc and an adjustment disc that are each rotatable about a disc axis. A pair of knife holders that each include a knife blade are pivotally mounted to the drive disc. Relative rotation of the adjustment disc relative to the drive disc causes the knife holders to pivot causing movement of the knife blades toward or away from each other. The circular cutting unit includes a primary drive assembly and an adjustment drive assembly that are each separately operable. The primary drive assembly rotates the knife head at the cutting speed and the adjustment drive assembly rotates the adjustment disc relative to the drive disc.

摘要： A crimping tool exchange device exchanges a first crimping tool for a second crimping tool, wherein each crimping tool, when at a processing position in a crimping press, produces a crimp connection connecting a conductor end of a cable to a crimp contact. The device includes first and second exchange units retaining the first and second crimping tools respectively. When one of the exchange units is arranged in an exchange position the retained crimping tool can be moved in a first direction between the processing position and the one exchange unit. The first exchange unit is moved linearly from the exchange position in a second direction, and the second exchange unit is moved linearly from the exchange position in a third direction that is different from the second direction, the second direction being at an angle relative to the third direction.

摘要： A straightening apparatus for straightening cables includes a first roller group having several rollers and a second roller group having several rollers opposite the first roller group. The cable alternates in a transport direction between the rollers of the first roller group and the rollers of the second roller group. The first advancing device pulls the wire out of a wire store and advances according to the desired length of wire to be cut. After the wire is cut through by the cutter head, the wire-ends of the wire-length are processed. The wire-processing device is provided with a device to determine the diameter of the conductor of the wire including an input coupler that generates in the wire a wire signal, and wherein the wire signal can be sensed by an output coupler which generates an input signal which is interpreted by a signal processor, wherein the cutters of the cutter head touch the conductor and change the input signal when cutting into the wire.
