摘要： In one embodiment, a plant control apparatus includes a first stop controller configured to, when stopping a plant, stop a steam turbine to start to drop rotating speed of a second shaft of the steam turbine from rated speed, and start to drop rotating speed of a first shaft of a gas turbine from the rated speed while continuing combustion of a combustor after the stop of the steam turbine. The apparatus further includes a second stop controller configured to shut off fuel of the combustor to stop the gas turbine when the rotating speed of the first shaft drops to first speed. The second stop controller stops the gas turbine such that the rotating speed of the first shaft catches up with the rotating speed of the second shaft at second speed that is equal to or lower than the first speed and a clutch is engaged.

The system further includes a bypass line to branch from the first line between the absorber and the heat exchanger and introduce the absorption liquid to the regenerator without passing through the heat exchanger, a valve on the bypass line, an instrument to measure a value indicating a state of the regenerator, and a controller to control a degree of opening of the valve based on the measured value.

摘要： Efficiency of installation work of equipment such as an ECCS pump is enhanced. In an installation method of equipment, a pit can unit in which an upper side frame, a pit can, various reinforcing steels including vertical reinforcing bars reinforcing the above from a periphery, and an anchor plate supporting mechanism are integrated is manufactured in advance, and the pit can unit is placed on an MMR via a lower side frame. Further, an anchor bolt unit is disposed on the anchor plate supporting mechanism after primary concrete is deposited, a relative positional relationship of respective foundation bolts relative to the pit can is corrected by using a template, and secondary concrete is deposited under the state in which the positional relationship is corrected. After that, the ECCS pump is carried into the pit can, and an installation of the ECCS pump is completed by fixing the carried ECCS pump through the respective foundation bolts of which bottom sides are embedded.
