摘要： An identification bracelet includes a wristband securable to a wearer. The wristband includes a plurality of openings for receiving a locking rivet and one or more openings for receiving one or more color-coded pins, a housing attached to the wristband, the housing having a pair of lugs with a slit, each lug extending from each side of the housing and adapted to receive the corresponding ends of the wristband inserted into the corresponding slits. The housing comprises a snap-on cover with at least a portion of the cover being transparent, a base, and a waterproof gasket insertable into the base. The snap-on cover is configured to be snapped on the base thereby creating a hermetically sealed waterproof structure. The housing also includes an information tag insertable into the housing and visible through the transparent portion of the housing.

The method includes cutting out the strap from the felt material with a density of up to 0.5 g/cm3; forming the ends of the strap to be fastened to the watch body by adjusting the shape of the strap ends to the shape of a specific watch body and/or to strap fastening elements; impregnating the shaped ends of the strap with polymeric glue, preferably with liquid cyanoacrylate; precisely adjusting the fully dried and processed strap ends to the watch body or strap fastening elements; drilling the transversal apertures in the strap ends for inserting the watch pins to fasten the strap to the watch body. The watchband can include a base having a contact surface opposite an engagement surface, contact loops on the contact surface for contacting a user, and engagement loops on the engagement surface for engaging hooks. The hooks can be provided on the engagement surface, opposite some of the contact loops. The base can include base threads, and the contact loops and engagement loops can be formed by contact threads and engagement threads woven about some of the base threads between the contact surface and the engagement surface. Between adjacent engagement loops, the engagement thread can be more securely attached to the base than is the contact thread between adjacent contact loops.
