摘要： A clutch brake cutter for removing a disk-shaped clutch brake from off an input shaft that couples a truck engine to a transmission includes one or more cutting tools and employs a method of clamping and axially compressing a solid or multilayer clutch brake during the cutting operation. In some examples, the clutch brake cutter first guides a drill bit radially from an outer peripheral edge to an inner peripheral edge of the clutch brake. The resulting hole has a diameter that is less than the disk thickness of the clutch brake. Next, the clutch brake cutter guides a chisel lengthwise through the predrilled hole to split the hole open. The drilling and chiseling operation is repeated at an opposite location on the clutch brake to separate the clutch into at least two pieces that can be readily removed from the input shaft without having to first remove the transmission.

摘要： A pocket hole drilling machine is presented. The pocket hole drilling machine has a cabinet made of a molded unitary monolithic piece. A monolithic top plate is connected to the cabinet with an opening in the middle for an insert plate which is positioned therein. A handle extends above the top plated as does a clamping assembly however actuating mechanics of the device move within the cabinet, thereby improving safety by eliminating pinchpoints. An adjustable fence assembly having cam locks connected thereto is also connected to the top plate. This arrangement provides a low cost, safe and efficient pocket hole drilling machine.

摘要： A tool holder is provided that prevents chattering in a large-sized cutting tool. A tool holder 1 includes an anti-vibration device provided in a radially outer portion of a body. The anti-vibration device has a ring-shaped first anti-vibration member and a second anti-vibration member. The anti-vibration device is fixed to the body together with a cutting tool T1 by means of a bolt. Four O-rings are arranged on both sides of the first anti-vibration member, and the damper property is adjusted by pressing a pressing plate with adjuster bolts. An appropriate gap is formed between the first anti-vibration member and the body and between the first anti-vibration member and the second anti-vibration member.
