摘要： A stapler is provided, including: a main body, a striking mechanism, a staple straightening mechanism and a linkage mechanism. The main body includes an inner space and a staple outlet. The striking mechanism is disposed in the inner space and includes a striking member configured to strike a staple and a driving member by which the striking member is driven to move relative to the staple outlet. The staple straightening mechanism is disposed on the main body and includes an aperture corresponding to the staple outlet, at least one abutting member being movable within the aperture and a force accumulating assembly which is movable toward the aperture. The linkage mechanism is disposed in the inner space. The driving member and the force accumulating assembly are connected with the linkage mechanism and comovable with each other.

摘要： A magazine assembly and a stapler including the same are provided. The magazine assembly includes a base and a rail assembly. The base has a first end portion and a second end portion. A direction from the second end portion toward the first end portion is defined as a first direction. The rail assembly is disposed on the base and adapted for a staple unit to slidably abut thereagainst along the first direction. The rail assembly includes a first rail and a second rail which are separate. A first side wall of the first rail has at least one guide portion extending in the first direction. Each guide portion is adapted for a head of a T-shaped staple to slidably engage therewithalong the first direction. The second rail is adapted for a U-shaped staple to abut thereagainst.

摘要： To provide interlinked staples which are made possible to be fed accurately in the inside of a stapler and a staple cartridge which houses these interlinked staples.The interlinked staples 1a are constituted by interlinking a plurality of staples 2a each of which has an elongated and straight-formed shape. The vicinities of the edge portions in the longitudinal direction of the each staple 2a are formed in trapezoidal shapes, and the widths are tapered toward the tips thereof. Also, adhesion portions 31 coated with adhesive agent are provided on the rear surfaces of the vicinities of both the edge portions in the longitudinal direction of the each staple 2a. Also, there are provided elliptical feeding holes 32 at predetermined positions from both the edge portions of the side by which each staple 2a is interlinked. A portion between two feeding holes 32 is made to be a slit portion 33 and the respective staples 2a are cut off perfectly thereby. Portions on the outside of the two feeding holes 32 and until both the edge portions of the side by which each staple 2a is interlinked are operated as staple interlinking portions 34 and the respective staples 2a become in a state of being interlinked.

摘要： A nailing device of the present invention includes a main body, a magazine and a nail pusher. The magazine is disposed in the main body for nail units to be seated thereon. The nail pusher is slidably straddled on the magazine to push the nail units forward. The nail pusher has a first side and a second side. Two slanted guiding portions are frontward and outward extended from the two sides respectively, so that the two slanted guiding portions diverge toward a direction nail units being pushed forward. The slanted guiding portions have two guiding surfaces facing each other to guide and position staples, so that centers of different staples of different sizes can locate at the same position.

摘要： A nail guiding device for nailers includes a guide plate located between the opening of the casing of the nailer and the magazine. The guide plate has a guide slot and two flanges on two sides of the guide slot. The end of the cover contacts the flanges and the strike plate is movable within the guide slot. The guide plate has at least one guide block on a face facing the opening. An adjustment plate is located in the casing and has at least one adjustment block. A resilient member located in the casing and biases the guide plate to make the at least one guide block contact the at least one adjustment block or move over the at least one guide block to adjust the distance between the guide plate and the magazine, such that the nails of different sizes can be used in the nailer.

The left and right shells are connected with each other, such that a receiving space is defined therebetween. The front shell is connected with front portions of the left and right shells and provided with an opening in communication with the receiving space. The staple magazine is detachably disposed in the receiving space and the urging plate is disposed in front of the staple magazine. The controlling switch is reciprocally slidably disposed in the opening of the front shell and adapted to adjust a gap between the staple magazine and the urging plate for fitting various staples having different thickness. Because the front side of the front shell is seamless without connective joint, the stapler is strong in structure and durable in use.
