The system includes a second pair of braces positioned on a vehicle floorboard-frame unit, including brackets that can be used to align the alignments with the frame. At least one first brace includes an alignment element that extends in a downward direction towards the second pair of braces. The braces therefore each include a pair of longitudinally extending members in opposed relationship with each other, supporting the vehicle body and floorboard-frame unit, respectively.

摘要： A system and method of calibrating an ADAS sensor of a vehicle by aligning a target with the sensor, where the vehicle is initially nominally positioned in front of a target adjustment stand that includes a stationary base frame and a movable target mount configured to support a target, with the target adjustment stand including one or more actuators for adjusting the position of the target mount. A computer system is used to determine an orientation of the vehicle relative to the target adjustment stand, with the position of the target mount being adjusted based on the determined orientation of the vehicle relative to the target adjustment stand. Upon properly orienting the target mount, and the target supported thereon, a calibration routine is performed whereby the sensor is calibrated using the target.

摘要： Systems, methods and apparatus for automated vehicle wheel removal and replacement are provided. One system includes a computer system with applications for scheduling the replacement of tires for the vehicle. An electronically controlled lift device and robotic apparatus is configured for interaction with the computer system. The lift device mechanically adjusts arms for placement on lift points of vehicles. The robotic apparatus detects positioning of lug nut configuration for a wheel, removes lug nuts, and then removes the wheel from the wheel hub with gripping arms. The wheel and tire are then handed off to a separate tire changing machine. When a new tire is replaced the robotic apparatus then mounts the wheel to the original wheel hub, and then secures the lug nuts to the lug nut bolts.
