摘要： A device for the deaeration of a hydraulic fluid of a hydraulic system has at least one hydraulic motor arrangement and a hydraulic fluid storage which is hydraulically coupled with this hydraulic motor arrangement. A suction device for sucking out the hydraulic fluid is associated with the at least one hydraulic motor arrangement such that the suction device guides hydraulic fluid out of the hydraulic motor arrangement into the hydraulic fluid storage by means of vacuum pressure (Δp). The suction device is constructed as a jet pump and is integrated in the return line between the hydraulic motor arrangement and hydraulic fluid storage.

The method further includes determining a content of the minerals using the data, transmitting information relating to the content of the minerals to a decision support system, and sorting or processing the ore based on an output of the decision support system. Collecting data associated with the ores may include generating source signals, applying the source signals to the active sensor, collecting a response from the active sensor, and comparing the response with a reference or threshold. The control device calculates the load (W) on the bucket by dividing the difference between the unloaded moment and the loaded moment by the horizontal distance (Lw) between the hinge pin and the gravity center position of the bucket.

摘要： A control system for a material handling vehicle has a boom arm connected to a vehicle frame for rotation about the vehicle frame. An actuator is connected to the vehicle frame and the boom arm to cause the boom arm to rotate about the vehicle frame, and an attachment is connected to the boom arm for rotation with respect to the boom arm. The control system includes a controller that is configured to calculate a pre-determined acceleration limit of the attachment, and a sensor that senses acceleration of the attachment and communicate the sensed acceleration to the controller. The controller is configured to compare the pre-determined acceleration limit of the attachment to the sensed acceleration of the attachment and is configured to adjust a control valve to limit flow to the actuator in response to the sensed acceleration of the attachment being above the pre-determined acceleration upper limit.

摘要： A payload detection system for automated payload tip-off of a loading operation includes a tip-off controller. The tip-off controller is configured to receive a signal of a remaining payload target; receive a signal of a material weight within an implement and a signal of an angle of the implement; and determine a tip-off threshold based on the material weight and the remaining payload target. The tipoff controller initiates a bulk dump sequence if a difference between the material weight and the remaining payload target is greater than the tip-off threshold and initiates a slow dump sequence if the difference is below the tip-off threshold. The bulk dump sequence includes a single implement actuation to induce material spill until the tip-off threshold is met and the material is staged. The slow dump sequence includes a plurality of dump then rack actuations to induce and then prevent material spill until the remaining payload target is met, each dump actuation having an associated dump angle and each successive dump angle is progressively smaller.

In addition, the system includes a load sense conduit configured to receive a bleed flow of the hydraulic from the fluid supply conduit such that the operation of the pump is controlled based on a pressure of the bleed flow within the load sense conduit. Moreover, a load sense valve is configured to adjust the pressure of the bleed flow within the load sense conduit.
