摘要： The present invention provides an anti-pinch detection method and system comprising: determining a first current change rate according to a current collected in a present period and a previous period; determining a second current change rate according to the current collected in the present period and a target period, there being N periods between the target period and present period; detecting whether a closure component encounters an obstacle according to the second current change rate. If yes, determining the stiffness of the obstacle according to the first current change rate; determining a real-time obstacle compression distance according to a contact position zero point and a motor position collected in real time; and determining a real-time anti-pinch force according to the stiffness of the obstacle and the real-time obstacle compression distance, and controlling a motor to reverse when the real-time anti-pinch force is greater than a preset anti-pinch detection threshold.

摘要： A sealing device for sealing a through opening in a vehicle chassis includes a sealing element that can be shifted between an open position, in which the through opening is released, and a closed position, in which the through opening can be closed. The sealing device has an adjusting device which includes a guide housing that can be arranged in a spatially fixed manner on the vehicle chassis, in which guide housing a carrier element is translationally and pivotably guided, where the carrier element has the sealing element. A slide guide is provided, via which the carrier element can be translationally shifted and pivoted in relation to the guide housing. A traction element is translationally entrainably connected to the carrier element, and simultaneously connected in a rotationally decoupled manner, via a pivot bearing. The traction element is translationally shiftable by the drive.

摘要： A braking device for a movable door wing comprises an electric motor operated as a generator with a motor shaft which is rotatable by a movement of the door wing and which expends motion-dependent motor voltage at a contact pair, as well as a braking circuit upon which the motor voltage is applied or applicable and via which, the contact pair is short-circuitable in order to dampen a movement of the door wing. It is provided that the braking circuit comprises two anti-serially arranged field-effect transistors wherein their drain terminals are connected each to another contact of the contact pair and wherein their source terminals are connected to each other and preferably also connected to earth or a zero line, so that the contact pair is short-circuited depending on the switching state of the field effect transistors. Alternatively or in addition to such a design of the braking circuit, provision is made that the electric motor is designed as a brushless electric motor with a plurality of stator coils, in each of which an AC voltage is induced as a function of the movement of the door wing, and that one of the AC voltages induced in the stator coils is outputted at the contact pair. The braking circuit comprises a partial braking circuit to which the alternating voltage output on the contact pair is applied or can be applied and via which, the contact pair can be short-circuited.

摘要： A power closure actuator for powering a movable closure includes an output member configured to drive movement of the movable closure, a motor coupled through a gear reduction to drive the output member, and an integrated brake-clutch unit having an input configured to receive drive power from the electric motor. The brake-clutch unit provides independent braking and clutching between the electric motor and the output member via an electric brake actuator and an electric clutch actuator, respectively. Brake and clutch portions of the brake-clutch unit act on a rotor, and brake force can be maintained on the rotor without powering the brake actuator. A clutch disc is biased disengaged from the rotor. The integrated brake-clutch unit provides a drive state between the electric motor and the output member when the brake portion is released concurrently with the clutch portion establishing a power coupling between the clutch disc and the rotor.

The powered actuator unit includes a common housing configured to house a brushless DC (BLDC) electronic motor unit, a gear drive unit, a shift support arrangement, and a controller arrangement.
