摘要： A vehicle controller is configured to execute a duty cycle control process of alternately repeating an electric power generation execution period and an electric power generation stop period of an electric generator and controlling a duty cycle, which is a ratio of the electric power generation execution period to a single cycle of repeated cycles, when determining that an anomaly has occurred in a driving circuit. The duty cycle control process includes at least one of two processes, a process of setting the duty cycle to be larger when a member in an overheatable region, in which overheating is possibly performed by the heater, has a low temperature than when the member has a high temperature and a process of setting the duty cycle to be larger when an internal combustion engine has a large intake air amount than when the engine has a small intake air amount.

The EGR cooler assembly includes an EGR cooler in which cooling water flows, and a diesel particulate filter (DPF) including a housing accommodating therein the EGR cooler and a filter unit for post-treatment of the exhaust gas. An inside of the housing is sectioned by a partition into a first space in which the EGR cooler is inserted and a second space in contact with the filter unit, and the partition has a flow hole formed thereon in order to allow the exhaust gas to flow to the EGR cooler.

The combustion control unit controls the EGR device, in at least a partial load operating range in which HCCI combustion is performed, in such a way that the EGR rate increases, as compared with a case where fuel is determined to have a prescribed octane number, when fuel is determined not to have a prescribed octane number.

摘要： To provide a novel power train system capable of improving fuel efficiency, reducing harmful components of an exhaust gas, and improving an output by adjusting a composition of a gas component of the exhaust gas in accordance with an operation condition. Therefore, provided is a power train system including a gas component separation unit (2) which extracts a plurality of gas components having different specific heat ratios from an exhaust gas of a spark ignition type internal combustion engine (1), a recirculation unit which recirculates the plurality of gas components to a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine, and a ratio adjustment unit (3) which adjusts a ratio of the plurality of gas components recirculated to the combustion chamber in response to an operation state of the internal combustion engine. A composition of a gas recirculated to the internal combustion engine can be adjusted depending on various operation conditions. Accordingly, it is possible to improve fuel efficiency, reduce harmful components of an exhaust gas, and improve an output in a wide range of operation conditions of the internal combustion engine.
