摘要： The disclosure relates to a sealing device comprising a sealing device comprising an annular substrate comprising an inner periphery defining a shaft hole; and a plurality of carbon nanotubes extending outwardly from and around the inner periphery into the shaft hole. In various practices, a plurality of annular metal mesh substrates is axially interposed and sandwiched between the first annular frame and a second annular frame, with a portion of the substrates comprising the carbon nanotubes extending outwardly from and around the inner periphery into the shaft hole. In another practice, the a solid annular metal substrate is used and a plurality of carbon nanotubes that extend into the shaft hole each have a first end attached to the inner periphery whereby the second end extends into the shaft hole. The device is useful in e.g. gas compressors.

The termination fitting assembly includes an annular channel defined between the inner wall and the outer wall of the interior fitting and in fluid communication with the interstitial space of the conduit and an exterior fitting positioned around the conduit.

摘要： High temperature dryer seals and related methods are provided. A high temperature dryer seal can include a first substrate having first and second ends and first and second sides. The first substrate can include a low-melt polymer. The first end and the second end of the first substrate can secured together so that the first substrate forms at least a portion of an annular shape. The dryer seal can also include a second substrate secured to the first substrate at the second side of the first substrate. The second substrate can include a high temperature material that has a higher melting point than the low-melt polymer of the first substrate. The dryer seal also includes a heat resistant coating attached to the second substrate with the heat resistant coating being activated at a temperature that is higher than a melting point of the low-melt polymer.
