摘要： An automated weapon system is comprised a human transported weapon for use by a person, comprising a barrel movable within a stock, utilized for propelling a fired munition towards an area of sighting for the human transported weapon. A targeting subsystem identifies a chosen target in the area of sighting. A computational subsystem, responsive to the targeting subsystem, determines where the chosen target is, and determines where to aim the barrel so that the munitions will strike the chosen target. The barrel is movable within a stock, utilized for propelling a fired munition towards an area of sighting for the human transported weapon. A positioning means adjusts the aim of the barrel responsive to the computational subsystem. A firing subsystem, fires the munition at the chosen target responsive to the positioning means.
In one embodiment, detection logic detects a no-shoot situation prior to the firing of the munition; and, inhibit logic prevents the firing logic from firing the munitions responsive to the detection logic detecting a no shoot situation.

摘要： New systems, hardware and methods for extremely precise aiming and shooting of firearms by relatively unskilled users are provided. In some embodiments, shots may be planned in advance and rapidly carried out. A specialized control system comprising computer hardware allows a user to plot a planned shot or shot sequence with indicators on a site display, evaluate the accuracy of the planned shot(s), adjust the location of the shot(s), and then shoot. In some embodiments, the system may counteract and otherwise adjust for certain ballistic and other accuracy-impacting factors with a position-actuable firing mechanism to maintain a projected flight path of such a point of impact at all times. The system is unobtrusive, allowing users to engage ordinary targeting activity, including ordinary firearm aiming movements. In some embodiments, aiming and execution aspects of the invention are adapted to non-lethal measures, which may be assigned by the system autonomously.

摘要： An accessory for coupling to a conventional rifle scope captures sight images through the scope and transmits them through wi-fi to a remote location. The telescopic sight eyepiece is fitted into the front of a tubular portion of the accessory. An adjustable collet nut threadably and coaxially engages the scope eyelet. The scope image is transmitted through the housing from the front to a rear eyepiece through which the user can view images. The image passes through an optical splitter that directs duplicate images to an adjustable camera mounted on a slidable carriage disposed within the housing. A rack and pinion driven by a thumb wheel accessible from the housing exterior displaces the carriage for focusing. Processed camera images are delivered to a wi-fi circuit to transmit images to a remote Smart-phone, equipped with a suitable software program (i.e., an “app”) for decoding the images and recording snapshots and movies.
