摘要： A gate driver circuit includes first through third transistors, a first voltage clamp, and control logic. The first transistor has a first control input and first and second current terminals. The first current terminal couples to a first voltage terminal. The first voltage clamp couples between the first voltage terminal and the first control input. The second transistor couples between the first control input and the second voltage terminal. The third transistor couples between the first control input and the second voltage terminal. The third transistor is smaller than the second transistor. The control logic is configured to turn on both the second and third transistors to thereby turn on the first transistor, and the first control logic configured to turn off the second transistor after the first transistor turns on while maintaining in an on-state the third transistor to maintain the first transistor in the on-state.

摘要： To provide a hysteresis comparator having a small circuit area and low power consumption. The hysteresis comparator includes a comparator, a switch, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, and a logic circuit. A first terminal of the switch is electrically connected to one of a pair of conductive regions of the first capacitor, one of a pair of conductive regions of the second capacitor, and a first input terminal of the comparator. An output terminal of the comparator is electrically connected to an input terminal of the logic circuit. An output terminal of the logic circuit is electrically connected to the other of the pair of conductive regions of the second capacitor. The logic circuit has a function of generating an inverted signal of a signal input to the input terminal of the logic circuit and outputting the inverted signal to the output terminal of the logic circuit. A reference potential is input to the first input terminal of the comparator and the reference potential is held by the switch. Due to change in the potential of the output terminal of the comparator, the reference potential is changed by capacitive coupling of the second capacitor.

摘要： An on-board charger (OBC) for an electric vehicle includes a charge unit, a controller, and a control pilot (CP) wake-up circuit. The charge unit is operable for receiving energy from an EVSE for charging a traction battery of the vehicle. The controller while awake can control the charge unit to charge the battery with energy from the EVSE. The CP wake-up circuit receives a control pilot (CP) signal from the EVSE, detects for a change in a current state of the CP signal while the controller is asleep, and generates a wake-up signal for waking up the controller in response to the current state of the CP signal changing to a new state. The CP wake-up circuit includes first/second detector circuits usable for detecting for a change in the current state of the CP signal to a first/second new state.

摘要： A duty timing detector includes a saw-tooth voltage generator that outputs a saw-tooth voltage in synchronization with a toggle signal repeatedly transitioning between a high level and a low level. A sample block obtains a level of the saw-tooth voltage in synchronization with the toggle signal and outputs the obtained level as a first sample voltage. A hold block stores the first sample voltage in synchronization with the toggle signal and outputs the stored first sample voltage as a second sample voltage. A voltage divider divides the second sample voltage to output a division voltage. A comparator compares the saw-tooth voltage and the division voltage to detect a target timing in each duty of the toggle signal.

摘要： The present invention provides a voltage monitoring apparatus capable of stable operation even in a low-voltage region.
The voltage monitoring apparatus (1) includes: an inner voltage generating portion (40), lowering an input voltage (VIN) to generate an inner voltage (Vreg); an input voltage monitoring portion (30), receiving a power supply from an output terminal of the inner voltage generating portion (40) to operate; a switch portion (50), disposed between an input terminal of the input voltage (VIN) and the output terminal of the inner voltage generating portion (40); and a switch driving portion (60), turning on the switch portion (50) when the input voltage (VIN) is lower than a threshold voltage (for example, Vy Vref). Furthermore, the threshold voltage is preferably set as, for example, turning off the switch portion (50) upon the inner voltage generating portion (40) changing to a state capable of outputting the inner voltage (Vreg) that is at least higher than a minimum operating voltage of the input voltage monitoring portion (30).
