    • A dental instrument comprises a handle member and a tool assembly. The handle member includes a first end, a second end and a longitudinal axis. The tool assembly extends from the first end of the handle member. The tool assembly comprises a tool arm, a first blade member and a second blade member. The tool arm has a proximal end extending from the first end of the handle and a distal end spaced therefrom. The first blade member extends away from the distal end of the tool arm and has a first flattened region. The second blade member extends away from the distal end of the tool arm and has a second flattened region. The first and second flattened regions are substantially perpendicular to each other in one dimension. The first blade member is configured for substantially transverse movement within a mouth of a patient. The second blade member is configured for substantially longitudinal movement within a mouth of a patient. Rotation of the handle member about the longitudinal axis thereof alternatively places one of the first and second blade member in an operative position.

    • A method and system are specified to determine, provide, and exploit the precise time base relations between the distinct signal timings of the Global Positioning System (GPS) and a wireless communications system (WCS) for which the internal WCS downlink time base standards are not inherently synchronized to GPS timing. These downlink signal synchronization facilities are particularly beneficial for a wireless location system (WLS) and related methods and subsystems that provide mobile-station location determination through the exploitation of the time base synchronization information, e.g., to assist a GPS-equipped mobile station in determining its GPS-derived measurements with enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

    • The invention is directed to a simulation and modelling approach, which comprises two parts. The first part comprises a generic mathematical model used to simulate or model a system and elements of the system interacting with a predetermined environment. The second part comprises at least one user defined data file that contains not only predetermined parameters (scalars values and/or tables with fixed independent variables) for use by the first part, but which also contains executable mathematical equations and respective data relating to an element of the system. These user-defined algorithmic expressions add to and complement the generic mathematical model so as to produce, when operating together numerical output that simulates or models the behaviour of the one or more elements of the system in a predetermined environment. Typically computer programs interact with the invention to provide a visualisation tools for the numerical output provided. The generic mathematical model can be changed to suit other environments and other elements (classes of objects) interacting with that environment

The humidifying element may be comprised in a humidifying device, which may form a seal with the port. In another aspect, an article is provided comprising a container, a humidifying element contained within the container, and a fuel cell unit cell assembly (UCA) contained within the container. The humidifying element may or may not be contained in a subpocket of the container, which may or may not be impervious to water or substantially impervious to water.
