    • A handle structure with locking unit includes a handle having a hollow fitting section provided at a predetermined position, a locking unit movably coupled with the handle, and an elastic element fitted around the rod section and restricted within the fitting section. The locking unit includes a rod section fitted in the fitting section of the handle, an operating section located at an end of the rod section to outward protrude from a first end of the fitting section, and a threaded section located at another end of the rod section to outward protrude from a second end of the fitting section. An annular stop section is formed around the rod section to interfere with the fitting section. When a slidable carrier unit with the handle structure mounted thereto is in a fully inward pushed position, the operating section may be turned to lock or unlock the carrier unit.

    • A spring screw assembly includes a screw, an inner tube having a spring mounted therein, and a retainer tube being covered by a color coat. The inner tube is axially movably assembled into the retainer tube, and the screw may be extended into the retainer tube and the inner tube to extend through the spring with a rack portion near an upper end of the screw tightly engaged with an upper open end of the retainer tube. Therefore, screws of different sizes and retainer tubes with different color coats may be separately kept in stock, and screws meeting customer specifications may be assembled to retainer tubes having colors meeting customer color management system at a later time to complete the desired spring screw assemblies.

    • A torsional quick-connect fastening device includes a housing, a rotatable retainer, and a torsional elastic element. The housing can be a hollow cylinder or other shape. The rotatable retainer is movably received in an inner receiving space of the housing, and has an interconnecting rod with a force-application portion and a retaining section connected to two opposite ends thereof. The torsional elastic element is a coiled torsion spring with two ends fixedly connected to the housing and the rotatable retainer, so as to bring the rotatable retainer to rotate while moving axially. When the housing is attached to a first plate and the rotatable retainer is operated to rotate and extend the retaining section through a second plate, the torsional elastic element automatically turns the retaining section to a position for firmly pressing against the second plate, so that the two plates are quickly and conveniently fastened together.

    • A packaging method for assembling a screw to a printed circuit board (PCB) includes the steps of: providing a screw having a head, a threaded shank, and a ferrule enclosing the threaded shank; mounting a stop ring on the threaded shank to maintain a predetermined height from top of the head to bottom of the ferrule; using a tool to fetch the screw and align the threaded shank with one through hole provided on the PCB; releasing the screw from the tool for a flange of the ferrule to extend into the through hole on the PCB; heating to melt a solder layer atop of the PCB, so that the ferrule is fixedly held to the PCB when the molten solder layer is cooled and hardened again; and removing the stop ring so that the threaded shank is retracted into the ferrule.
