摘要： An apparatus and method for providing a simpler and more robust mechanism for transporting materials to be dried through a vacuum microwave chamber in rotating containers. The apparatus (20) has a vacuum chamber (22), an input end (26) to introduce a container (24) into the chamber, and a discharge end (28) to remove the container. The container has spur gear teeth (60) extending along its outer circumferential surface. The apparatus has a single roller (42) having spur gear teeth (46) extending along its outer circumferential surface. The spur gear teeth of the roller mesh with the spur gear teeth of the container such that rotation of the roller about its longitudinal axis rotates the container. The apparatus also includes means for holding the container on the roller, means for moving the container through the chamber, a microwave generator 76 arranged for transmission of microwave radiation from the generator into the chamber, and means for reducing pressure inside the chamber.

摘要： The invention discloses a wheel cleaning and blowing method. A flange plate on a sliding table I ascends from a low position to a high position, a flange plate on a sliding table II descends from a preset high position to the low position. A upper servo motor is started to drive the sliding table I and the sliding table II to move synchronously to the center, the wheel entering a cleaning system is cleaned in all directions. A lower servo motor is started to drive a rotating disk to rotate 180 degrees, the wheel enters a blowing system from the cleaning system. The upper servo motor stops working, the idle sliding table II moves to the initial position of the left station, the sliding table I moves to the initial position of the right station.

摘要： A web drying unit, e.g. for a paper making machine, has several drying cylinders, over which a web to be dried can pass, and also several guide rolls for at least one endless supporting belt for pressing the web to be dried against the drying cylinders. Only some of the drying cylinders are provided with a drive gear connected by gears to a drive pinion, the gears being disposed inside a gear housing, which is also used to house cylinder journal pins for the drive motor. At least one of the guide rolls is also provided with a drive gear, which is connected to a drive gear of the drying cylinder. A gear housing also contains the drive gear of the guide roller and its bearing on the drive side. Only one common drive is needed for the unit, and uniform ventilation conditions are enabled to occur over the cross-direction of the paper web. To ensure no obstruction to maintenance personnel on the drive side of the unit, the drive pinion is disposed in the upper region of the gear housing.
