摘要	The elevator has an eccentric gauge swivelable about a joint (11). Drive units (6, 13, 14) are duplexly designed in such a manner that the swiveling movement of the swiveling unit produces a movement that causes raising of a mechanical clockwork (4) both in a direction and in an opposite direction. A ball guiding (17) extends over an angle preferably smaller than 180 degree about the swiveling axis of a swiveling unit (7).
