摘要	Toggle lever switch has a contact spring with movable contact piece engaging or disengaging fixed counter contact piece when the toggle lever is operated. A bimetal strip is provided for thermal release and free release. When used as a circuit-breaker, the switch reaches a high degree of switching frequency. A release lever (8) is swivel mounted on the switch lever (5) and comprises a switch cam (12). In its effective position the release lever (8) holds the contact spring (13) in the switching-on position. Sagging of the bimetal strip (21) disengages the release lever (8) from the contact spring (13). A mounting frame is placed on the switch housing.
