摘要：
一种用珍珠贝壳、鲍鱼贝壳加工装饰、包装材料的工艺，该加工方法为将珍珠贝壳、鲍鱼贝壳清理干净，在其背面涂上胶粘剂，用机械将贝壳压平，压力在10－20kg，自然干燥；将压平后的贝壳加工成统一厚度的呈几何形状的块状，再用砂轮磨平贝壳的表面，并抛光；将呈块状的贝壳拼接、粘贴在底板上，然后用气囊压力机在10－20kg的压力下将其压紧，得到用珍珠贝壳或鲍鱼贝壳加工的板材。本发明是采用珍珠贝壳或鲍鱼贝壳加工成装饰材料，也可应用于加工包装盒、首饰盒等的材料。由于珍珠贝壳等是来源于天然原料，加工制作过程除采用一些胶粘剂外，不加其它化学物质。因此，无污染无放射性物质，同时充分利用了废弃的珍珠贝壳或鲍鱼贝壳，有利于环境保护。

The invention relates to the packing with pearl, and shells by cleaning them with glues applied, pressed plat in 10-20kg forces, drying naturally, processing into various shapes, grinding the surface and polishing, sticking and jointing the blocks of shells on the bottom, pressing it under 10-20kg pressure to get the material. It can be used for packing jewelry box. It does not include any chemical substance but the glues applied in the processing. It is free from pollution, with the best use of waste pearl shells.
