本发明提供了一种补肾健阳的保健食品，其特征在于它的配方是由山药、大茴香、小茴香、青皮、南木瓜、青盐、生姜构成，其重量百分比为山药16.8－17.0％，大茴香5.2－6.4％，小茴香11.1－12.1％，青皮28.4－29.8％，南木瓜28.6－29.6％，青盐0.8－1.6％，生姜5.1－6.5％，其制备方法是除杂、洗净、烘干、研磨、过筛、混合均匀即可，并可制成胶囊、片剂、丸剂、糖浆、饮片剂型，上述保健食品兼具益气养阴、补脾肺肾、舒筋活络、和胃化湿、温暖、兴奋、发汗等多重辅助功效。

The invention discloses a health food for kidney tonifying which is prepared from the constituents of (by weight ratio) Chinese yam 16. 8-17. 0%, aniseed 5. 2-6. 4%, common fennel fruit 11. 1-12. 1%, green tangerine orange peel 28. 4-29. 8%, pawpaw 28. 6-29. 6%, salt 0. 8-1. 6% and fresh ginger 5. 1-6. 5% through steps of removing impurities, washing, drying, grinding, sieving and mixing homogeneously. The food can be prepared into the dosage forms of capsules, tablets, pills, syrups and herbal pieces.
