The invention relates to a multifunctional baby car device, comprising a folding groupware, an inverting gear retraction groupware, a braking groupware and a seat groupware, wherein, the folding groupware is arranged at the upward side of the inverting gear retraction groupware; the braking groupware is arranged at the downward side of the inverting gear retraction groupware; and the seat groupware is arranged between the folding groupware and the inverting gear retraction groupware. Compared with the prior art, the invention is characterized by rational structure, simple operation and convenient use.
