The present invention mainly relates to the genetic engineering, in particular to a hybridoma cell (3D2) which can stabilize a secrete anti-URG11 monoclonal antibody, and is a hybridoma cell line with the collection number of CGMCCNO.1908. The hybridoma cell line with the collection number of CGMCCNO.1908 is used for a secrete anti-URG11 monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell line. The present invention can stabilize the secrete anti-URG11 monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell line (3D2), further research the functions of URG11, thereby being used for the research of the cancer treatment.
