The invention relates to an interacted safe multi-drawer locking mechanism, which consists of a mounting support containing a main soleplate, a top plate, a bottom soleplate, a limit cover plate and a bending retaining piece, a driving mechanism containing an L-shaped bed plate, a lock catch board, a shaft pin and a compression spring, an alternative typed actuator containing a main shaft and a plurality of shaft sleeve subassembly groups and a fully locking actuator containing a lock bar, a fixed locking plate and a sliding locking plate. The length of the main shaft is set to be equal to the total length of all the shaft sleeves plus the height of an inclined plane of a rotatable shaft sleeve, and only a clearance which allows one rotatable shaft sleeve to rotate is exist, therefore only one drawer can be opened at one time; when the lock bar controls the cylinder to block the clearance, all the drawers can be locked. The invention has strong adaptability to working environment as no other drawer can be opened at the same time when one drawer is opened.
