本发明提供了一种能直接一次性喷涂于聚丙烯塑胶的涂料和生产工艺，该涂料又固体热塑性丙烯酸、固态CAB纤维素、丁酯液态防白水、乙脂、二甲苯、液态氯化聚丙烯、固态EVA40按比例配置而成，同时介绍了该涂料的生产工艺。该涂料不进行PP底水预处理的情况下仍可得到优良的附着力、硬度和光泽，漆膜耐磨，并耐热和水的侵蚀，简便易喷，节省了人力、物力和时间。

The invention provides a coating capable of spraying on polypropylene plastic and a production process thereof. The coating contains solid thermoplastic acrylic acid, solid CAB cellulose, liquid ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethyl ester, xylene, liquid chlorinated polypropylene and solid EVA40, which are prepared according to certain portion; the invention also discloses a production process of the coating. without PP bottom water treatment, the coating still achieves excellent adhesion, hardness and glossiness, the coating film is wear resistant, heat resistant and water corrosion resistant, is easy to spray, and saves manpower, material and time.
